Inge De Ridder is a passionate sports dietitian, anthropometrist level 1 and ICF certified coach with more than 25 years of experience in coaching, (sports)nutrition and eating disorders.

She has her own practice in Deurne (Belgium) and teaches sports nutrition at the Sport and Exercise program of the Thomas More University of Applied Sciences in Turnhout. In addition, she also works freelance for the Blits team (University of Brussels).

Many years of experience in topsport, constant research and continual further training are the foundation of her guidance with athletes.

For more than 15 years, she has been working with the Belgian national swimming team led by Ronald Gaastra. (Olympic Silver medalist Pieter Timmers in Rio 2016). Furthermore, the Flemish Taekwondo team as well as several individual top athletes count on her coaching and nutritional guidance.

She likes to help the bobsleigh team to a higher level in the field of sports nutrition.


The Belgian Federation for Bobsleigh and Skeleton tries to encourage the bobsleigh and skeleton sport in Belgium, as one of the small nations we try to gain popularity in our small country.
