An grew up in the athletics world, where as a youth athlete she mainly focused on the heptathlon, short hurdles (60 & 100m hurdles) and sprint where she earned some Flemish and Belgian titles.
An got the bobsleigh taste during a few selection tests and on advice of Elfje Willemsen she joined the team as a brakewomen in 2011. Later she followed the pilot training and since 2013-2014 she is fulltime as pilot.

Sara AERTS
Born January 25, 1984 from Retie

Sara started bobsledding in 2016. Before this she was active in athletics, in the disciplines heptathlon and 100m hurdles where she was for many years a Belgian topathlete. In 2012 she was qualified for the Olympic Games in London for the heptathlon.
After missing the Olympic Games in Rio de Janeiro due to a severe Achilles tendon injury, and at the request of Elfje Willemsen she joined the Belgian Bullets as a remover.

Dora DE HASELEER
Born: February 14, 2000 in Heikruis

Student Human Movement Sciens at KU Leuven.
Mainly stay in Leuven trough the week for studies and lives in Heikruis.
Selected for the team after a few tests in April 2019.
Grew up in the athletics world and focused on the sprint 60-100-200m.
Very excited and motivated to be a brakewomen coming season.

Kelly Van Petegem
Born in Wetteren on December 3, 1999. I now live in Merelbeke.
1m69 large and 76kg
Student at the Ghent High School. Working on my 3rd year bachelor, biomedical laboratory technology. At the age of 6 I started athletics until the age of 18. I have done 7-camp for a long period, but in the last 3 years I specialzized myself to shot put and javelin throwing. In both the all-around camp and the shot put and javelin, I have become provincial, Flemish and Belgian champions on several occasions. In the summer of 2018 I participated in selection tests to get into the Belgium Bobsleigh team. I now have 1 year of experience as a break woman. I have also been allowed to pilot in the monobob for 2 weeks.
